On receiving the product in Bermuda white, I discovered that it didn't match my room's vibrant color scheme. Chose another option, Neptune brick. Requested a sample that came pretty fast. The new choice was the right one. So, I request a replacement, that too was responded to positively. Impressed with such a great service!

Great fit despite loose fabric style
Though the fabric is loose - as the name suggests - I was able to achieve perfect fit. It was understandably due the the right size fabric the company sent. Smart design allows it to look sleek inside the frame.
