Best customer service, especially post purchase response
These cellular shades are a great window treatment option, especially if you don't want to blow money. I ordered a product, it came pretty fast, was cut according the measure, but didn't fit. I discovered, I'd ill-measured the width. Contacted customer service, they covered a part of the price, and quickly sent me a replacement. I've put them up, look fine. I highly appreciated the customer care!

100% child safe design

Best insulation and blackout for bedroom
These cordless cellular shades (Essential, low-price model) are highly affordable, costing my only $56 for my bedroom's 36 x 46 inches window. Compared with the old one, they are far better in functionality - both blackout and insulation.
