We didn't even expect these to block out all light, only light filtering, that's what we were looking for, for our bedroom. Now we are considering buying more for our bedroom -- this time with a liner.

Enhanced sun protection
Compared to curtains that we replaced with these 3% openness solar blinds, my interior is much cooler, while still there is light inside for sufficient visibility. Daytime privacy is also protected. For bedtime privacy, we just switch off the lights. It's worth a buy!

They don't discolor
It seems the fabric of my new Elite Solar Shades 3% Openness has some sort of fade resistant coating. As my deck's solar shades didn't fade a bit after seven months export to direct rays. That is why I visited this store again for 6 more blinds. So impressed!
