Flush well against the window
I see no light coming in from above the window and between the blackout fabric panels. Also, I get complete privacy and some noise reduction, as my bedroom's window faces a busy street. Will love to buy more of these.

I had low expectations but they are much better
I installed this blind on the east facing windows of my room. The fabric repels sunrays and absorbs heat, making my room stay cooler on the hot summer days. With winter approaching, I expect great insulation. Highly recommended!
