Please note our products are custom-made to your exact specifications, which is why they are not refundable unless they are defective or damaged. Each shade is custom-made specifically for your window measurements. Please take into consideration the following before you finalize your order:

Orders start production the next business day. Please note: 

• Made in 1 Day Guarantee (Blinds and Cellular Shades) must be canceled before 5 AM PST to qualify for a full refund. 
• (Example: Ordered 6 PM, must be canceled before 5 AM the next morning so we can stop production. Since they are made within 1 day we are unable to stop production if not canceled before 5 AM of the following business day.)
• For all other products orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.

Due to the customization of every order once your order is submitted, under no circumstance can we refund any money or issue any credits for a purchase. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ordersupport@affordableblinds.com
