We requested Plain Classic Essential roman shades fabric swatches prior to ordering, it really took the stress off because the shades arrived exactly as we wanted them. The design of this Top-down bottom-up roman shade is outstanding. I ordered the Essential collection in light filtering, and it fits perfectly and has all the light needed for my room. Fantastic top bottom control
The top-down bottom-up operating style to conveniently raise/lower, fold/unfold the fabric, or keep the partially folded fabric in the middle of the window opening for two-way ventilation. I believe motorized model will make my life even more luxurious - will purchase one soon.

Offer better light control than their predecessors
